The Vista Advantage

Overview
From high volume software packaging to oversized microflute cartons for endovascular grafts, Vista develops solutions and manages results to a successful conclusion. Given the nature of our client base and their diverse needs, our business model integrates in-house printing, converting and bindery facilities along with strategic partners who provide overflow print and other specialty services.

Vista meets with its customers to determine structure, substrate, graphics, decorating and finishing requirements, through the kitting and fulfillment processes. As experts in offset printing, packaging and process management, Vista is uniquely qualified to look at your project from every possible angle, ensuring the results you expect, when you expect it. Vista professionals manage the entire process, from creative structural design to process planning, which includes printing. We also work proactively with our customers to drive down costs through effective use of materials, structure design, printing and converting processes.

Strategy
Our highly efficient business model combines in-house functions with strategic outsourced services such as high volume CD & DVD manufacturing, super-wide format printing and corrugate litho laminating. This strategy provides our customers with maximum flexibility economically and efficiently meet their needs while maintaining a single point of responsibility.

Process
The greatest reason for our growth is that we successfully deliver what we promise. From the outset, Vista professionals will work to become familiar with your business needs and delivery channels and then develop a holistic solution to address print and packaging engineering through fulfillment of the final product. Since virtually all mission critical processes are performed in-house, Vista’s model mitigates scheduling conflicts. When an outside service is required we incorporate our outside partners in the scheduling process from the outset. In short, we are always proactive, never reactive.

In the standard commercial model the printing companies use second tier suppliers on an as-needed basis to complete operations they cannot perform in-house, such as coating, laminating, die cutting or assembly. When this occurs, you have interrupted the manufacturing cycle and control of the job is at risk.
